Headquartered in Thika, Kenya, Hanna Roses' story began in 2013, with nearly 11ha under production with only three varieties under production. At Hanna Roses Ltd, we believe the future of agriculture lies at the intersection of science, sustainability, and soil wisdom.
Founded in Kenya’s fertile agricultural heartland, Hanna Roses began as a commercial farming enterprise. Today, it has evolved into a pioneering agroecology center — integrating regenerative farming systems with cutting-edge laboratory research.
Our state-of-the-art laboratories support soil health diagnostics, seed quality testing, plant pathology, and precision agriculture research — ensuring that every crop grown is backed by science.
The principal activity is growing, processing, grading and export of fresh cut flowers for export market, primarily Chrysanthemums, Lillies, Hydragea, Carnation, Gypsophila, Lepidium, Erygium and Delphinium.

Of Hanna Roses
Hanna Roses' story began in 2013, with nearly 11ha under production with only three varieties of flowers under production. In the Highlands of Kenya, Thika is Home to Commercial Production Farms, at an Altitude of 2100 Above Sea Level with Temperatures ranging from 22 - 27°C and Volcanic Loamy Soils, it was just right that it be the perfect spot for our Flower Farm.
Today Hanna Roses is Home to Over 33 Acres Under Production, and we've expanded our portfolio to include Commercial Potato Farming, Tomato Farming, Fruits & Indeginous Seeds Farming.
